Methods to Send and Receive Data to or from NVS

 When customers need to send their data to NVS for support or other purposes, CD or other media could be used to accommodate the data. However, it is more covenient to shrink the data into zip or other formats and go to upload the shurunken data onto http://contact.nvs.co.jp/, which can even accommodate massive files. It is possible to download needed files from the server too

 TeamViewer enables NVS to share browser with customers at a distance to show demonstration of software. TeamViewer can be downloaded from http://www.teamviewer.com/. PC must be connected to the internet via routers. When TeamViewer is started, a dialog window appears to show the session ID and password, which is tought participants on the phone or other means to start the instruction.
